Money Matters is a mortgage broker with access to all lenders, not just a restricted panel of as little as 15 lenders. Make sure that you ask the firm that you intend to deal with, whether they can offer products from lenders other than a restricted list. 

We use technology to ensure that we are always up to date with the latest products. We also use skill and experience to ensure that we recommend the most appropriate products for your needs. We do this by listening more than talking – We have 2 ears and 1 mouth and try to use them in that ratio. 

Knowledge is required to understand and explain the differences in contracts that appear to be the same to the casual observer. An example is accident and sickness insurance, where most companies will not pay out for back ache (the cause of more than 35% of all sickness benefit claims) or stress (unless confirmed by a consultant).  We use products that do cover these areas.

Critical illness cover is an excellent benefit, but not all companies pay the same amount on the same claim.  We are here to guide you through the options. 

Our major areas of cover are from Lancaster in the North to Leeds in the East; from Liverpool in the West to London in the South. We have clients all over the country and are always happy to take new enquiries from all locations.

To summarise our philosophy, there are 2 major considerations:   

1)    There is cheap insurance and there is good insurance. We have yet to find good, cheap insurance.   

2)    Your satisfaction is our success. We pride ourselves on the fact that all our business prior to this website has been by word of mouth recommendation.  Now we are looking to expand, using the power of the internet.
